The finest shortwave station that I have seen in my 68 years of age! I split my time between ham radio and shortwave listening. I enjoy my Elad FDM-S2 SDR and my Racal RA6790/GM. I also use the Wellbrook loop as I am in an HOA community. Plan on visiting the North American Shortwave Association's conference in the Philadelphia, PA each year at the beginning of each new year. Thanks for sharing your station with us.

It is wonderful to see your collection. It is nice to see someone who enjoys doing something like SWL so much! You have assembled your shack with very good taste and quality construction. You should be proud of it. Best wishes from the USA.

Hi Eric, you really have a very impressive station, id say that it has taken some years to put it all together, from what I see I think that you must be able to monitor the complete radio specktrum, I am 57 years old and live in N,Ireland, I have been interested in mainly shortwave radio since I was a kid, playing around with old valve radios, I remember in 1978 I got a yaesu FRG-7 receiver which I loved, then I discovered CB, I did,nt use am much but loved DXing on ssb, after FM CB was legalised in uk in 81 there was a lot of young kids came on air on 27 Mhz Messing around and spoiling other peoples fun. From 1988 until 1992 I was driving HGV Trucks all around Europe and I enjoyed using Sideband from the truck, I made many contacts back home here from all over Europe , I have to say that I was especially fond of your Country, I was at Schipol Airport many times collecting Cargo, anyway after that I was not on the radio for years and I just recently learned that sideband is now legal in uk on part of the 11 mtr band, so I went and bought a president grant 2 legal radio (12 w SSB) this gave me back the radio bug as most of the young FM Messers are long gone, so what did I do next, LOL.. I bought a kenwood TS-450s at and I am studying and hoping to get my amateur foundation licence next year, really I should have done that years ago, anyway Eric thank you for your reply on youtube, Good-Luck with your station and may I wish you and yours a lovely Christmas & a prosperous & happy 2015.

Best Regards:
